KON-PART has been a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberatungen (BDU, Federal Association of German Management Consultants) for more than 30 years. Its Principles of Proper and Qualified Executive Search form the basis of our work: competence, objectivity and confidentiality.

In Germany, the certification is awarded by the BDU in accordance with the standards of the European executive search associations (ECSSA). It requires proven professional experience as well as references from clients and candidates, and it is reviewed regularly.
