Artificial intelligence

Search more thoroughly.
Decide on firmer ground.

KON-PART is an owner-managed executive search firm, founded in 1987. We use artificial intelligence where it makes research and analysis broader and more thorough. But decisions about people are always made by people.

In our work

Where AI
improves our work.

We use established tools as well as tools we have developed ourselves.

01

Understanding markets

Capturing industries, competitors and corporate structures more comprehensively than would be possible by hand.

02

Searching more widely

Finding more suitable people, including beyond the obvious search fields.

03

Preparing thoroughly

Cross-checking information broadly and preparing conversations thoroughly, so that our recommendations rest on a broad foundation.

04

Verifying authenticity

Software we have developed ourselves checks CVs and employment references for anomalies and inconsistencies. Every flag is then assessed personally by a consultant.

Our principle

Our consultants decide whom you meet.

Judgement

Whether someone fits your company becomes clear in conversation: in their attitude, motives and personality. AI supports us in research and analysis. The search itself is conducted by people: our research team approaches the candidates, and our consultants guide the process from the first conversation with you through to the recommendation.

Confidentiality

We treat confidential information about assignments and candidates with the same care we have applied since 1987. That applies to every tool we use.

Responsibility

The European AI Act places particularly strict requirements on AI systems that select or assess applicants. We apply this standard to all our work with AI.

In your company

AI is changing
the task of leadership.

Technology alone does not change a company. People do – people who put it in context, take their teams with them and take responsibility for decisions.

These are exactly the people we find for you.

Managing directors

Setting direction

Anyone running a company today must be able to judge where AI is changing the business model and where it is not.

Division heads

Implementing change

New tools change processes and roles. What is needed is leadership that explains change and sees it through.

Key functions

Building bridges

People who connect a specialist field with technology are rare. Finding them takes more than an advertisement.

Frequently asked questions

Artificial intelligence
in executive search.

Does KON-PART use artificial intelligence?

Yes. We use AI in research, market analysis and preparation, including tools we have developed ourselves. Conversations, assessment and recommendations remain the task of our consultants.

Does an AI decide which candidates I meet?

No. You only meet people whom a consultant has spoken to personally and is convinced of.

How do you detect falsified application documents?

In addition to personal interviews and references, we use software we have developed ourselves, which checks employment references and CVs for anomalies and inconsistencies. A consultant personally assesses every flag before it informs a recommendation.

Will AI replace executive search?

AI can find profiles. Whether someone is willing to move, whether they fit your company and whether they will stay can only be established in a confidential conversation. That takes experience and a sound understanding of people.

How do I find leaders who can guide my company through change?

Rarely through a job advertisement. The right people are usually successful in their current role and not looking. We approach them discreetly and personally.

How do you handle my data?

Confidentially, in line with the BDU’s Principles of Proper and Qualified Executive Search and the requirements of the GDPR. Read our privacy policy
